Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Please contact us before sending any return and include your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Used items, personalized items, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned. Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment; once an order has shipped, the return procedure above applies.
